The first weekend of October, we took Hutch to Belle Isle in the James River Park. We parked downtown right by the rive and walked the footbridge. As you can see in the pictures and the video, there are huge rocks everywhere in the river and people treat it similarly to a beach (including laying out for tan... which I find odd). Hutch, being a water-loving dog, had a great time. He smelled awful when we got back! One bath and a burst of post-bath energy later, he was one exhausted puppy ready to sleep it off!
The video is rough... I had a hard time keeping the camera steady while I navigated the rocks. Sorry if it makes you dizzy! :)
